Shopify Integration - Webkul ONDC Connector

Copy your default Shopify domain that ends with “.myshopify.com”. This is often something seemingly nonsensical so we recommend checking your Shopify account to be absolutely sure. From the Shopify admin dashboard, go to “Settings”, then select “Domains” and look for a domain that ends with “.myshopify.com”. If you have multiple, we recommend choosing the oldest option but it shouldn’t matter which one you choose.

Next, download the connector app used to link Shopify with our platform. Follow this link to download it: https://app-sp.webkul.com/multichannel-app/
Paste the “.myshopify.com” domain that you found in the previous step and click “Install”. We use this third party application in order to save you the hassle of manually generating and providing us with API tokens/keys through a custom app.

Select the dropdown called “Choose Merchant Type” and select “Connect Different Sales Channel” from the dropdown.

Select “Proceed”.
The note that says “This action is irreversible” is referring to the merchant type selection, this app can be uninstalled at any time.

You will be presented with a new window. Select the buttons that says “Add Merchant”.

In the field that appears, enter “bless-3060.myshopify.com” and click the “Validate Merchant” button to make sure you entered the domain correctly.

You can ignore the Merchant ID and select “Yes”. If you are not already a Seller on Givingism, you should follow our signup guide to apply and properly create an account.

Enter your Givingism Seller Portal login credentials in the fields that appear and then click the “Verify Details” button.

You can ignore the Seller ID that appears and click the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.

Select the “Import Products” button.

This step is optional. You should follow this step if you are connected to other stores using this app otherwise it will do nothing. Select the dropdown that says “All Merchant” and select “bless-3060.myshopify.com”.

Select the “Pick Your Store Products” button.

Select the products you want to add to Givingism and then click the “Add” button. Make sure you follow our Listing Policy to make sure you don’t accidentally add prohibited or unwanted items to your Givingism account such as gift cards or controlled substances.

You’re done connecting your Shopify store with Givingism! Some Givingism-specific details will not be complete so you will need to head to the dedicated seller portal to add additional details. The main purpose of this process is to synchronize orders with specific products but you will need to review each of your products to make sure the product details are complete in order to make the most out of Givingism. Done! Make sure you return to Givingism's main seller portal to review each product that you uploaded. Most data should be migrated, but some Givingism specific fields will need to be populated. You can do this by visiting the products page and editing the existing products that you should now see in your storefront.
